If you are in the EU but are having trouble, please check these three key requirements:
  • iOS Version: Your iPhone must be running iOS 17.6 or later. You can check and update this in Settings > General > Software Update.
  • Safari Browser: You must use the Safari browser to start the installation from onside.io. It will not work in other browsers.
  • Apple ID Region: Your Apple ID's country/region must also be set to an EU country. You can check this in Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Country/Region.
